Excellent Stay with AMAZING staff!

The staff were lovely, always professional. Rajesh from housekeeping deserves special praise. HE greeted us warmly every morning, checking if we needed anything. He maintained our room PERFECTLY! The room sizes are quite big and the bed is huge.
The elevators were a bit slow sometimes, especially during peak hours. this was a minor inconvenience, and I barely noticed it.

The restaurant portions were massive. I never left hungry. The food was genuinely nice, and the service was prompt, it was a GREAT experience. Breakfast offers many options. The coffee IS good.

The pool had ample space with 20 loungers. The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes, great for a quick workout. There IS also a washing machine, very convenient.

Zuraida at reception was particularly helpful. SHE assisted with all inquiries. The housekeeping staff provided fresh towels and water daily. Concierge services are available and efficient.

The location is convenient. Everything is nearby, including shops and supermarkets. The apartment included all necessities for an independent stay. A full-size fridge, washing machine, and kettle were available. Daily cleaning was provided, and wi-fi worked without issue.

the location is amazing it's a quick walk to the marina mall and the metro station access is easy the apartment had everything i needed a proper cooker a washing machine and a full size fridge it was like home i had a fantastic one-bedroom apartment. the restaurant was also very good with tasty food and convenient options
the pool temperature was a bit too warm for a refreshing swim almost like a sauna

the hotel has an excellent location it is near marina bay the train station and various grocery stores it made exploring the area very easy public transport access is very convenient for getting around the city.

my apartment included a cooker a washing machine and a refrigerator the room reminded me of a complete home away from home the availability of these facilities allowed for a comfortable self-catered experience i really enjoyed that convenience.

faulty showerunclean bathroom
The overhead shower did not work, so i washed using the tap. a detachable shower head was lacking and very inconvenient. the bathroom also wasn't very clean. I found a few hairs on the floor.

mixed experience with room issues

the location is great with proximity to the metro and the main road
i recently stayed here and many things in the room didn't work for instance the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work at all it was quite inconvenient there were no repairs made so the problem persisted.
